I am currently an associate professor with College of Computer and Software at Hohai University, China. I received B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees from Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China, in 2005 and 2007, respectively, and Ph.D. degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 2014. I have published more than 30 papers on image/video coding, image/video communication and resource allocation, including IEEE Trans. on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, IEEE Trans. on Wireless Communications, IEEE Trans. on on Mobile Computing, Signal Processing: Image Communication.

My research interests include image/video coding, image/video communication, immersive videos, visual perception and applications, etc.
