徐媛媛,工学博士,河海大学副教授,硕士生导师,主要研究方向为图像/视频编码、图像/视频通信、沉浸式视频、视觉感知及应用等。2014年获得新加坡南洋理工大学博士学位。主持了国家自然科学基金等多项研究课题,在权威国际期刊《IEEE Trans. on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology》、《Signal Processing: Image Communication》等杂志及相关国际学术会议发表文章二十余篇,获中国发明专利授权八件。担任《IEEE Trans. on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology》等国际期刊杂志的审稿人。
